Terms of service
These terms govern your use of trendhube.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
1. Who you are contracting with
The seller is Beihai Yingshun E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (北海盈顺电子商务有限公司), Unified Social Credit Code 91450503MAA7TNBM2X, registered at 3/F, Building 7, Yaoda Plastics (Beihai) Co. Ltd., West of Yunnan Road, South of New Century Avenue, Yinhai District, Beihai, Guangxi 536000, China. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
2. Products, descriptions and pricing
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and compatibility. Photographs are of the actual product type; where a natural material is involved (for example stone colour or grain) small variation between units is normal and is not a defect.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price at checkout is the price charged. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will cancel and refund in full if we do.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance takes place when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item is out of stock after you order we will tell you within one working day and refund in full or offer an alternative.
4. Payment
Payment is taken through a secure hosted payment page. We do not collect or store card details on this site. Where a payment link is used, the order is reserved for 48 hours pending payment.
5. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, mirror or systematically extract content from this site, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to place orders in bad faith. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The TrendHube name, logo, photography and copy on this site are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from misuse of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, which continue to apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the date your order was placed.
