Shipping & delivery

Every bracelet is strung and packed in our Guangzhou studio. Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+8) on a working day leave the same day.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued when the parcel is collected, not when the label is printed. If your tracking has not updated within three working days of the dispatch email, write to orders@trendhube.shop and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Customs and import duty

Orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China. For the United Kingdom and the European Union we ship delivered-duty-paid where the carrier supports it, so the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay at the door. Where duty is not prepaid, any import VAT or handling fee is the recipient’s responsibility and is not refundable by us.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within two hours of ordering and we will amend it before dispatch. Once a parcel is in the network we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, allow 48 hours and check with neighbours and your local depot before contacting us. If it is genuinely lost we replace or refund in full. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the packaging.
