Where do you ship from?

From Guangzhou, China. Orders are packed there and handed to the carrier within one working day.

How long does delivery take?

5–9 business days to the United Kingdom and Ireland, 7–12 business days to mainland Europe, counted in working days from dispatch rather than from order.

Do I pay customs or import duty?

For the UK and EU we ship delivered-duty-paid wherever the carrier supports it. Where duty is not prepaid, any import VAT or handling charge is payable by the recipient.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. A tracking number is issued when the parcel is collected, and it is in your dispatch email.

What is your returns window?

30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. See the returns page for the process.

How long do refunds take?

Five working days after the returned item is checked, plus whatever your bank adds.

Do you take card details on this site?

No. Payment is completed on the payment provider’s hosted page after we confirm the order.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, if you email within two hours and it has not shipped. After dispatch it becomes a return.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?

Not currently. We sell direct only, which is why there are no resellers of our products.
